New Fireplace and the first snow of the winter
This past week we finally got our fireplace put in. It is SOOOOO cold here in the winter that without it, we are paying WAY TO MUCH for electricity (yes our house is all electricity). We don't get natural gas in our area. So, we put in a fireplace ourselves. Next year we will do some rock and pretty stuff around it, but we just did n't have time to do it if we wanted to get it in before the first snow happened, which was TODAY!

brr! i guess that is the price you pay to live in the beauty of rural wyoming near those beautiful mountains! the stove looks nice, good work! now let the hot chocolate and cuddles begin! it looks like ethan and hailey need some snow shoes for christmas :)
Your fireplace looks very nice! Good job getting it done! I love wood burning stoves. The heat and the smell, it just feels so cozy!

wow the fire place looks good you guys. it is a pretty one too. i invisioned just a pot belly one but you guys went all out!! i love it. and the tile even, i'm guessing you did that too but it all looks professional!!

I must say that I am a fan of your background choice ;) I love wood heat. I wish we could have it in our house. Maybe someday.
